These commitments apply to configured accounts. They describe response, delivery, correction, weather, and retention behavior in terms an account can actually check.

Targets are the operating standard for configured accounts. Weather, airspace, site access, and safety conditions can move a session; when they do, the order keeps its history and is rescheduled.
Policies that shape the commitments

- Property readinessThe property must be prepared before arrival. The photography team does not stage, clean, or move property and the property will be captured as presented.
- Weather and airspaceWeather-sensitive drone, twilight, and exterior services may be held, rescheduled, or converted when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
- TravelTravel outside Sioux Falls city limits may incur standard mileage and travel-time charges.
- Booking lead timeAdvance booking is appreciated. Short-notice requests may be accommodated when availability allows.
- CancellationCancellation and rescheduling windows are configurable. Same-day changes may require manual approval.
- Commercial scopeCommercial projects are quoted by scope, intended use, number of locations, deliverables, and licensing requirements.
Escalation
Who to contact when something is wrong.
There is no ticket queue to disappear into. Account issues go to the same people who run the shoots.

Submit the correction against the order so it is tracked, or email info@siouxfallsrealestatephotography.com with the order reference.
