Dylan Hillestad
Dylan was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and currently resides in Sioux Falls with his wife, son, and two pups, Odin (Belgian Malinois) & Lily (Golden Doodle).
Dylan’s passion for photography sprouted from time spent in Denver, Colorado, while working in the scenic Rocky Mountains. It has since been a fulfilling transition from shooting the natural elements in Colorado to capturing the architectural design of residential and commercial real estate in southeastern South Dakota.

No. Although bookings are appreciated, we can accommodate short notice requests.

- Open all available blinds & shades
- Lastly, if it is visible, it will be in the photos, so tidy up & put away all personal items
What is your service area?
We serve the greater Sioux Falls area. Travel outside the City of Sioux Falls will incur a standard mileage rate and additional travel time charges.
How do I get the photos and do I have rights to the photos and video?
I retain exclusive ownership rights to all original works created. This means that I hold the legal rights to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from my photographs. Photos and videos are shared exclusively with the client and are not to be used or redistributed without my express consent.
What is Federal Aviation Administration Part 107?
In short, FAA Part-107 established guidelines for commercial operations of “Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems” (drones). Hiring a photographer who utilizes drone photography without a Part 107 License could result in civil penalties up to $10,000 for both the photographer and the client.
